Mayurihas has curated over 1800+ weddings in the last 12 years. Since 2019, Mayuri has been focusing on helping florists organize and streamline their business all in one place. Mayuri’s Floral Design and goals align more with the new purpose of helping the florist while still staying creative with unique designs. In 2018, Mayuri founded the floral software True Client Pro, which helps all florists and wedding planners organize their business in one place. With the new mission in place, she still enjoys the creativity and working with flowers, facilitating corporate flower bars, flower therapy, team building activities, floral workshops, and one-to-one hands-on floral workshops, along with helping the bride with their creativity and executing the flowers with the wedding floral packages.

About Mayuri
Event Planner, Designer, & Floral Storyteller.
Honestly, I didn’t set out to be an event designer. My background is actually in accounting! However, I love working with plants and nature in any form (cut or planted). At Rutgers-Newark, I wanted to take a botany class but found Latin difficult while learning English; therefore, I majored in accounting; math is a universal language. I worked at nurseries to continue working with nature, which fostered my creativity.
Once, we married and moved to the Bronx, where my husband was practicing his residency near the Bronx Botanical Gardens. The annual pass from Bronx Botanical Gardens allowed me to take many strolls through the gardens and find peace in the middle of the city. One day, I stumbled upon an intensive crash course in floral design. I fell in love with the floral world, and it took me back to my childhood when I used to pick fresh jasmine and marigolds for my grandmother and mom.
Regarding Indian culture and family, we all contribute to family and friends’ celebrations. I was the designated person for events in the family. I embraced the opportunity to purchase a retail flower shop in Eastchester. I sold the flower shop due to my husband’s work, and I took time to have a family. As the kids became young adults and did not need me as much, I decided to restart my business, focusing on weddings and events only in Rockland County, NY.
